Dead Zero offers a 100% money-back guarantee. If you are dissatisfied with your Dead Zero Putting Disk or if your Dead Zero Putting Disk does not improve your putting confidence, you may return the item(s) in NEW AND ORIGINAL CONDITION WITHIN 30 DAYS of product receipt in its original packaging for a full item amount refund. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.  See “Return Policy” for additional terms and instructions.

Return Policy
If you are within the 30-day money back guarantee and would like to return your Dead Zero purchase, please contact us for a Return Authorization number and send the product back to the below address.  Please write the Return Authorization number on your return shipping label and ship the package to our address below. We suggest that you get a tracking number for your return shipment so that you can verify that the product was received. In order to issue the refund, we will need verification that the product was sent back (tracking number) or the actual product. If there is no tracking information to verify the return or we do not receive the returned product, we cannot issue a refund.

If you choose to return your Dead Zero Putting Disk, you MUST include a copy of your original receipt with your return, or a note that includes your order number, name, address, phone number and email address. Please also let us know your reason for the return. Your account will be credited for the price of the disks that you ordered. Once we process your return it will take 5-7 business days for the funds to show in your account, depending on your bank. You will receive your money back less shipping and handling charges.

Return Shipping
Return USPS shipping will be covered by Dead Zero on defective products only. Customers are responsible for shipping all returned merchandise back to Dead Zero Putting. Customers are requested to appropriately pack the items in the original box and use adequate packing material. All returns must be shipped prepaid. When returning or exchanging a product, all parts, pieces and accessories must be in their original packaging with the product in order to be eligible for a full refund. Dead Zero Putting will not accept returns on items where the customer induced dings, chips, deep scratches, or other unnatural product abuse. Should we receive returns that are damaged as previously described, the customer will be responsible for shipping costs to return the incomplete return.
